Check-in times refer to the time you can enter the room. If you arrive earlier on the island, you can come to the establishment to leave your luggage and use the public areas.

Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the rest of the guests, at all hours of the day.  


The reception is open from 10:00 to 22:00.

Payment for the accommodation is made at the day of arrival

We accept children over 3 years old.

We do not accept unaccompanied minors.

Under no circumstances do we add beds.

We do not provide breakfast.


The property does not have an elevator. The first floor has 17 steps and up to the attic there are 34.


Linen and towels are changed every third day of stay
(for example: arrival on Monday, change is made on Wednesday)


Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the rest of the guests, at all hours of the day. 

* In case of disrespect, a remark is made and if the harassment continues, an eviction is made. **Depending on the case, there may be legal consequences. Especially when the violation takes place during the last night of stay.


The use of the swimming pool is allowed from 9:00 to 21:00.

The pool is not a place for entertainment. It is a space that you share with other guests and you must respect their peace. 


The use of the swimming pool by minors is allowed ONLY under the supervision of a guardian. 


We do not accept large groups of young people (under 24 years old). Exceptionally, a reservation may be made if written guarantees are given by a parent and a damage guarantee equal to the advance payment is paid. (Damages include violation of regulations). *The deposit is not applied to the cost of accommodation. It is a security deposit which is refundable upon departure.
